    Thanks again for sharing over at my place. Not long ago, I read about Dan West, the founder of Heifer International. I guess he started with only seventeen cows, and that has grown to help people in 125 different countries. Crazy!

    Thanks, Laura. I appreciate it!Amy, we had the opportunity to visit Heifer's World Headquarters in Little Rock last winter and it is amazing!! They build "green" and have a LEED platinum level building complete with a rain pond. They are very good stewards of their resources.

    Hey Sara! Great to *meet* you from Amy's. I love what you are doing with alternate giving…we are working towards more in that direction, but our families do have a hard time not giving to the kids that they don't see (and less since moving overseas)…but, it is simple, free, beautiful. Love it!
